PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Packaging
2-Day Parts takes great care packaging every item as well as using the latest technology to ensure safe shipment to you.

Shipping
- Items will be shipped within 72 hours upon receiving the payment unless the item is on back order.
- A link with your tracking information will be sent to your Paypal email address within 48 hours of ORDER SHIPMENT.
This means you may not recieve a tracking number for up to 5 days, but you will get one. Please DO NOT email us for your tracking information. - Back order items will be shipped out within 2 weeks after receiving payment or a refund will be issued back to the buyer.
- Shipping/Handling is non-refundable under any circumstances. We are only responsible for one-way shipping/handling.
- Insurance is recommended. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that have been damaged or lost during shipping transits.
- We WILL NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, and Puerto Rico. We only ship to the United States and Canada.
- We DO NOT allow local pickup.

United States:
- All orders to the continental US are shipped via UPS Ground.
- Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- Flat rates used in auctions only cover the lower 48 states. These rates do not include Hawaii and Alaska.

Hawaii:
- Our average delivery time to Hawaii is 10-15 business days via UPS Ground.
- If Hawaii specific rates are not listed in an auction please e-mail us for a quote.

Alaska:
- Our average delivery time to Alaska is 10-15 business days via UPS Ground.
- If Alaska specific rates are not listed in an auction please e-mail us for a quote.

Canada:
- All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard to Canada.
- Canadian residents must pay all brokerage fees and duties. Contact UPS for information on brokerage fees.
We will NOT misrepresent a package's contents to evade duties. This is illegal so please do not ask. - Our average ship time to Canada is 10-12 business days.
- All Canadian orders must include a phone number for UPS. Orders may be delayed as long as 5 business days without a contact number.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched within 3 days.

Returns
Only unused/unmounted merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact Seller for nearest return address. Passenger tires can be returned for money back minus all shipping charges. Truck/SUV Tires can be returned for money back minus all shipping charges and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If incorrect product is received contact us immediately. UPS will pick up the merchandise and return it to our warehouse. The correct product will be shipped upon arrival.

Guarantees
2-Day Parts warrantees and represents that the goods are as they are described in the above listing. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. 2-Day Parts must be advised of any faulty goods within 7 days. 2-Day Parts specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Liability
2-Day Parts believes the information on this page to be accurate; such information is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any inadvertent errors. No warranty or representation (express or implied) concerning the accuracy of the information provided is given and customers should satisfy themselves that any product choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

Payment

We only accept credit card and e-check payments made through our checkout system. Money Orders must be sent to the address given at checkout. Paypal: We only ship to confirmed addresses. If you need to send an item somewhere other than your confirmed address, add the address to your Paypal gift address list. List only a Paypal confirmed address when going through our checkout if you are paying by Paypal. Non-confirmed addresses listed here will not be shipped to even if the checkout allows you to enter it.
Money Orders / Cashier Checks: Include the item number, size, quantity, and your shipping info when sending your payment. You will recieve the money order mailing address information in our checkout.

General Terms and Conditions

Definitions

Typographical Errors
In the event that a 2-Day Parts, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, 2-Day Parts, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 2-Day Parts, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 2-Day Parts, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
